I have a test with a data source.  The source is a csv file. When looking at the data source for the suite, I can see the name of the .csv file under “Table Name”.   Where is the actual data file?  Which directory on my local computer?

Jim,

Each Data Source type contain a set of properties.  These properties can apply to the Data Source, the Table or the Field/Column.  Some Data Source types can contain 1 or more Tables of data.  When it comes to the CSV data type, it can only contain a single Table given the limitation of the CSV format.  To find the file that you are pointing to, click on the Settings icon on the Data Source.  There, you will see the File Name property that points to your CSV file.  You will also see the Ignore First Row property indicating that the first row contains the column headers and not data.

I hope this helps

Ok, found it. I was clicking on the pencil icon on the data source and only see table name. It's the gear above the tabs that shows the properties.
