How can assertions be added to test scripts using Alchemy UI?

I want to record the test for login functionality in an application using Alchemy, where I need to verify if the login is successful, then navigate to the user’s dashboard page. I want to add assertion on verify login step, How can I do that?

Any of our validation steps can be used for this. For instance, if you wanted to check for a Login Successful message, you would defined a locator that search for that and add the Visible action. This would validate that the Login Successful message was visible, or fail otherwise. cm Marked as spam
