I have a test that navigates to a URL then captures the screen.  The second step click a link on the page and captures the next screen.

Why are both screens the same?

A screen or source capture occurs after a step has been completed.   Many interactions with a website can cause background processing or navigations that occur after the interaction.

In this case, the click is completed as soon as the action is submitted.  After the click is processed, the browser navigates to a new page.  Your screenshot is taken before the navigate is process hence both steps showing the same screen.

You need to ensure that your browser is in the correct state before taking your screenshot.  Remove the screenshot from the click and add a new step after that is checking for the proper state.  A Wait For Visible action is a perfect choice in the case.  Find something that appears on the new page and add a wait for action waiting for that element.  Adding your screenshot to this step will produce your desired result
